All of our conversations start by an end customer initiating a conversation on an ActivEngage customer's page. These conversations are started by first by the end customer clicking on one of ActivEngage's CTAs

If the end customer selects "TEXT" they will be presented with this form. The view below is our default form. We provide various cusomtizations for our customers. They can tweak the wording and the branding to match their style.

After the end customer submits the form with their information they will receive the following messages on their device.
